Through engineering design and innovation skill, W.G. Benjey has developed a process that improves the properties of rebuilt and newly manufactured cement pump screws. These proprietary advancements have resulted in an improved useful life of the pump screw, while still generating a cost savings to the customer over conventionally manufactured pump screws.

W.G. Benjey’s air slide conveyor systems will quickly and efficiently convey materials such as raw and finished cement, fly ash, and precipitator dust. The simple combination of air pressure and gravity allows powdered materials to flow like a fluid. Fluid Air conveyors are very efficient and quiet. And with no moving parts, these conveyors are also extremely cost effective and require very little maintenance.

Use our manual shut off slide gates to regulate or stop material flow through any duct, chute, or conveyor. Designed to be used with our line of Fluid Air Conveyor systems, these gates can be made to fit virtually any application.

Our powered shut off slide gates perform the same tasks as our manual gates but can be operated remotely, or be automated. Pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric actuators may be used. Powered gates are also interchangeable with our manual gates for easy system upgrades.
