Through engineering design and innovation skill, W.G. Benjey has developed a process that improves the properties of rebuilt and newly manufactured cement pump screws. These proprietary advancements have resulted in an improved useful life of the pump screw, while still generating a cost savings to the customer over conventionally manufactured pump screws.

We can rebuild your existing "H", "M", or "Z" type cement pump screws or manufacture you a new one of Benjey design. When building new pump screws, we give you the option of selecting your flight pitch to customize a standard design. In addition, we stock some common pump screw sizes for emergencies, and we take calls 24/7 to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

Our Heavy Duty screws are built to last. The combination of traditional screw manufacturing with our proprietary hard facing technique results in a remarkable increase in the life of the screw. Our Heavy Duty screws generally last twice as long as conventional screws while still being offered at a price to beat our competitors.

Pump Screw Rebuild Services

If you prefer to repair your worn out screws rather than replacing them, our quality repair services get the job done. And with the application of our hard surfacing, your repaired screw will often have twice the useful life of the original product:

Rebuilding or replacing of damaged flights
